If you’re just starting out you should know that finding ways to maximize your potential during a workout will become your bread and butter. This is why it’s so important to make sure you’re doing everything you can to get the most out of each rep you make and every minute you spend. What’s often overlooked is that anyone can buy the equipment, the new “miracle” supplement or follow a “how to” guide. It’s the time you spend during your workouts that can set you apart from everyone else and set you in advance of the pack. But if you aren’t spending your time wisely it can also set you behind.
